ORDERING

Do you charge sales tax?

Our products have no sales tax*, so you’ll save 6-9% on your order right away!

*Items shipped to an Idaho address must pay Idaho sales tax.

Are all of your products in stock?

Our full inventory is normally in stock and ready to ship. If an item is temporarily unavailable, we’ll reach out to ask if you’d like to cancel the order or wait until it is back in stock.

Do you accept credit cards?

We accept U.S.-issued and Canadian credit cards. The credit card will be charged for the full amount of the purchase to ensure it is not declined.

Do you accept money orders and cashier’s checks?

Yes, we accept money orders and cashier’s checks from the U.S. and Canada. Please keep in mind that these payment methods typically result in a shipping delay of 3-5 business days.

Do you accept personal checks?

Yes, but they must be held for 10 days. The order will ship once the check has cleared.

Can I cancel my order?

Non-custom orders can be cancelled as long as the product(s) haven’t already shipped. A 5% cancellation fee will be applied. If the order has shipped, the cancellation will be treated as a return.

Do you accept orders from Canada?

Yes, but all orders shipped to Canada will include custom import fees, brokerage fees, provincial taxes, and GST.

Do you accept international orders?

With the exception of Canada, international orders must be paid by wire transfer (wire transfer fees will be added). Please note that our listed prices are only for products that are shipping to the lower 48 states.

Do your products include a guarantee?

Yes, all Wall Tent Shop products are backed by a 2-year guarantee for materials and workmanship.

SHIPPING

How much does shipping cost?

U.S. shipping is free with the exception of a few items. Unfortunately, we cannot offer free shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, or international locations.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

We ship 1-2 days after the date of purchase.

RETURNS

Can I return my item(s)?

Used items are ineligible for returns. With prior approval, we accept returns within 30 days of the day you received the order. If the order is not defective, a 20% restocking fee will be applied.

What happens if my item is defective?

Due to the high cost of shipping, defective items will be repaired or replaced in your local area. The decision to replace or repair will be at the discretion of Wall Tent Shop.

Are shipping fees refundable?

No, shipping fees are non-refundable.

Do you use any treatments on your canvas tents?

All of our tents are treated for water and mildew resistance. We also offer fire-treated options. Please note that any tent shipped to California, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, & New York must be fire-treated per state law.
